Getting two independent systems or applications to talk to each other can be a daunting task! Especially if either of these systems (or both) were not built to support communications with a non-native application. More and more, dynamic Web sites will require third party application integrations, whether for credit card transactions, analytics and user metrics, or real-time inventory management.
Over the years, we have integrated Web applications with dozens of third party systems. Credit Card and Financial Gateways
Almost invariably, if you accept credit cards on your Web site, you will be required to integrate with a payment gateway in one way or another. Order Fulfillment
It is not uncommon for E-Commerce enabled Web systems to function independently of their ERP's or fulfillment systems, in some cases it is even recommended. In these circumstances, real-time (or near real-time) implementations with an order fulfillment system is a necessity. Where many have failed, we've successfully aided many organizations in building out real-time communications between their Web sites and their respective order fulfillment systems.
Over the years, we've used nearly every available Internet protocol for communicating with dozens of order fulfillment systems. If your internal order fulfillment system or your third party order fulfillment entity is capable of processing externally originated data, we'll find a way to make it happen.
ERP
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems drive much of the mid and large size business infrastructure today. ERP's are generally responsible for business financials, inventory control, contact management, and act as product or business information repositories. For many of our clients, we have integrated their Web sites directly with their internal ERP systems for inventory control, order fulfillment and financial reconciliation. It is vital that Web sites reflect real time information, as generally housed within corporate ERP's. We can work directly with your IT personnel to successfully implement real time communications between your Web site and ERP.
