System, Appliance & Application Level Monitoring
Inetz will monitor every aspect of your servers, to ensure that they are available and operating within normal parameters. Our service includes in-depth system checks that cover server availability beyond conventional monitoring systems. The following is a small list of some of the services that we monitor:
- CPU utilization
- Memory and Swap usage
- Available disk space and capacity
- Service Availability (http, database,...)
- Ports and connectivity
- Custom processes
Our System Administrators are notified immediately upon the occurrence of any system anomalies, to assure that small problems are addressed before they cascade. You, may also choose to receive monitoring alerts via email, phone, or text. These alerts will ensure that the correct people are informed of all necessary abnormalities. Historical data and resource trending graphs from your systems are also available allowing you to more effectively track growth and scalability.
Application Availability Monitoring
The fact that everything is running properly on your server appliance, does not guarantee that your Web site is accessible. Application availability monitoring allows us to monitor the responsiveness of your Web site(s), and in the event that your site does not respond properly, all necessary individuals will be notified.
